      Pros

      In my role I worked with dedicated, hard working people at the corporate team and plant levels. I was also given autonomy and authority to conduct my job.

      Cons

      Workload was often pressure driven. Understandable for a low-level corporate role, but unnecessarily aggravating most of the time. Direct managers could be unpredictable in expectations.
