      Pros

      Good steady work that offers training and lateral growth.

      Cons

      You have to know the right crowd to move up and speak the language with all the proper buzz words. Additionally no matter how much time and effort is put into your position upper management does not care about you and will terminate your employment with the drop of a hat.

      Cons

      management needs to let employees do their job. Management does not know how to bid jobs thus loosing contracts.

      - Pay is decent - Good learning opportunity due to complex environment due to Inorganic growth over many decades. - Has a brand name in the manufacturing and oil and gas for the quality of products.

      Cons

      - More and more work is being pushed to Europe and Asia. So, would caution joining in US locations at HQ as there will be no growth or investment in you. - Lack of mentor-ship or training or clear direction from the 2nd & 3rd level leaders. - Complex IT systems. Investments in IT is very minimal. Keep the lights-on attitude.
