Limited mobility to other roles, sites, promotions, etc., limited opportunity to receive substantial raises, limited involvement with management

Your just a number to them. Don’t let their marketing or fluff fool you. At the end of the day they just want work done and really don’t care about your career development. Not alot room for growth after first few years of your career. Lots of useless middle management. The more you whine the more they will pay you but without real career changes. As a business they missed the opportunity to be apart of renewable energy. They focused heavily on oil and gas and still are. The market outlook for this company is very challenging and I don’t think they have what it takes to truly overcome it.
