      Pros

      Bosses are very understanding when you need to leave early or need a day off

      Cons

      Not really any room for growth, very limited opportunity to go anywhere, poor raises, benefits are sub par at best, long hours, loyalty rewarding job takes years for the compensation of pay and vacation to even be worth it.

      Pros

      Good company, lots of products and facilities. Good people, lots of knowledge.

      Cons

      Bad hiring choices in middle management. New CEO has a "my way or the highway" vision. New processes rammed down our throats with little to no training on them or waiting to see if they are working. This is done across the entire company fitting the business or not. New processes a square pegs shoved into round holes, all job functions are handled in silos from a 20,000 foot view with no regard how that affects each working business unit.
