      Global company rapidly outsourcing all US jobs

      Excellent benefits. This is to keep current employees content until they are replaced

      Cons

      There is no future at this company. If hired you will have endless problems dealing with quality & competence problems dealing with the factory now located in another country. I assure you with the exception of senior staff in Irving, your job will be moved outside the US. It is only a matter of time. For example Flowserve has opened a new R&D center in Hungary. A large effort to have US locations document how to make their product in Desio Italy, Suzhou China, or Santa Clara Mexico
