Toxic Work Environment - Working at Flowserve was an utterly demoralizing experience, characterized by a toxic culture that suffocates any semblance of morale or productivity. Management fostered a cutthroat atmosphere, pitting employees against each other in a relentless battle for recognition, while offering little to no support for professional growth or work-life balance. Incompetent Leadership - The leadership at Flowserve was a masterclass in incompetence. Supervisors consistently demonstrated a lack of vision, failing to communicate clear goals or provide meaningful feedback. Decisions were made arbitrarily, often ignoring the input of experienced team members, leading to costly Heartless Termination - As a former employee of Flowserve, I can confidently say this company is a disgrace. After years of dedicated service, I was callously let go due to my disability. Instead of offering support or reasonable accommodations, management saw me as a liability and discarded me without a second thought, showing a complete lack of compassion or integrity.
