Slight leadership disorganization this year. Could turn around though once the dust settles. I wouldn't have taken the position if I knew what it,really entailed. The role isn't technically challenging.

Flowserve keeps you busy ....very busy. I was so busy that I found myself working 10+ hour days for weeks. The pay is also below the average for Applications Engineers in Houston. My biggest issue with Flowserve was the lack of a growth path for employees, especially the young engineers. Management needs to create a growth plan for employees and also provide training so their engineers can be more attractive in the 'marketplace'. Things like PMP training is a good start.
