      My team is the best, they are nice, helpful and good employees. The interview was professional but comfortable as well. They were curious to myself and my experiences as well.

      Great company Overall

      Pros

      Well established company with global brand recognition; Excellent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      To be such a large company they operate as if they are a mom and pop shop. A lot of gaps within processes and procedures. Each location does things their own way. There is not standard ERP system globally.

      Pros

      Working here has been a good experience overall. The company provides a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and clear direction. One downside, however, is that the workload can sometimes be heavy, and processes may take longer than expected. Still, the positives outweigh the challenges, making it a solid place to build a career.

      The company offers good learning opportunities, supportive teammates, and fair management. On the downside, career progression can be a bit slow, and workload peaks can sometimes feel overwhelming. Overall, it’s a good place to work with room for improvement.
