Great company. Work Hard, Play Hard, expenses paid, company car, benefits good, disability, life, health, dental, 401K, matching up to 6% @ 50%, + Cash pension plan, Grow your territory be rewarded. stable on keeping jobs. if your looking for a challenge? You'll find it here.

Cons

Sales goals most generally are reasonable, however if one blows the doors off in a given year. The proceeding year's target will be last years sales, plus 5-10%. The old adage is, if you make extra bonus, above plan. Put your money in the bank for next year your going to need it.

Good working environment, Good benefits, Not much work or work pressure in IT. Management is okay. Good team members. Flexible timings. Good bonus, pension plan, Health Insurance, excellent 401k match. I enjoyed working here.

Cons

No proper Processes or Direction in IT. Mostly legacy code and legacy systems and more of maintenance work. If your are technically inclined, this may not be the company for you. Not much scope for career growth in IT. appraisals are like peanuts.
