Flowspace has a very transparent executive team that leads by example and is engaged with employees in a very supportive and collaborative manner. In addition to an excellent executive team, Flowspace employees are positive, supportive, and mindful of the needs of others. Inclusivity and diversity are also a major elements of the organization, but not in a politically biased sense...Flowspace truly strives to accommodate and support all employees.
