      - the company is able to execute well against the vision and not just talk about it - every team has fun people to work with and great cross team collaboration - remote first culture that works well across time zones

      - remote first isn't for everybody

      Pros

      I feel empowered every day to do my best work. Leadership truly trusts every single employee which creates a creative, safe and hard-working environment. Flowspace's mission and goals are clear and it is so rewarding to work towards achieving them as a collective whole.

      Cons

      Remote work can be challenging to navigate but I am still so impressed with the work/life balance that is strongly encouraged.

      I been here over a year and it has been incredible working for this company. I am surrounded by such dedicated and passionate people. The level of support you get from my management is truly unparalleled. Furthermore, the potential of growth in this company is outstanding. I can honestly say I been truly happy working for this company and I am very excited for the future with this company as we continue to scale.
