      Great team, everyone works with each other to accomplish goals Work life balance was handled very well Ben the CEO is top notch, always available to listen, and excited to take on new ideas

      A little confusion about work roles, but that too be expected in a start up

      - obsessed with revenue, not customers - basic product with many bandaids - lack of vision and strategy - debate and challenge can put your job at risk

      Pros

      You collaborate with you team a lot, which is great. Everyone seems very down to earth and approachable. Management has a great vision of where the company is headed and what your part is doing to help. Even during busy days your team is right there to help. Time off is flexible. Opportunities are available. Very interactive company. I love you guys!

      Cons

      I was disappointed when I found out the salary for the position. Yes, I accepted because I like the company. Yeah, other than that, I have no complaints.
