      Great Pace at Flowspace

      Pros

      - Great Benefits -Amazing Management -Fast Pace -Free to think for yourself -Ability to work remotely when needed There are lots of great perks to working at Flowspace. Since this is a start up all employee input is valued. The CEO is a go getter and extremely motivating and wonderful to work under.

      Cons

      - Since still small, we are not too clear on all up and coming work opportunities available from within but pretty sure as we grow more will open up. -Can be tough not having the support team in-house to the CA location but are easily accessible.

      Pros

      We are building something that's never been done before, the opportunity in front of us is massive, and leadership gives us the autonomy to help build it. It's a fast-paced, challenging environment but the work is rewarding. The sales environment is great because there is a pretty huge need in the market for what we are selling. There is no shortage of leads.

      Cons

      This is a startup, if you are looking for a cushy sales job where you can work limited hours, it's not for you. But if you're the type of person who wants to be challenged, grow, learn, and do a lot of selling, it's a great place to work.

      Pros

      I am really impressed with just how much this organization is always evolving, developing new processes, hiring experts in the field and really listening to the wants and needs of both customers and employees! There is so much cross-collaboration between teams to get things accomplished!

      Cons

      It can be extremely hectic balancing the needs of all assigned accounts, as well as tackle administrative requirements.
