Pros
Great place to make an impact and build a company from the ground up. Flat organizational structure, open floor plan, and great culture. Competitive pay and and equity for every employee. Snacks, catered meals, gym membership, and amazing 401k match and dental/medical/vision coverage. Autonomy and plenty of room for career growth. Employees are able to choose their own projects and turn them into reality. Best of all: pet friendly office!
Cons
Flowspace has some of the same growing pains that most startups deal with. As it's grown quickly in size, ensuring clear communication between teams can be a challenge.
