      Everyone at Flowspace is committed to their work to help improve an industry. If you need help with something, there will always be someone there to help. It really feels like a family. There are great perks as well, like weekly lunches and happy hour!

      Cons

      The only cons are related to startup growing pains.

      Pros

      The number 1 reason I love working here is the people! The company hand-picks caring, smart individuals to join the team and it makes it a pleasure to come into work. The CEO truly cares about the environment created here and always rewards hard work. A wonderful company I am delighted to be a part of!

      No complaints! I've been here half a year and it has been the best job I've ever had.

      Pros

      Flowspace is growing quickly and there is so much opportunity to learn. The founders are accessible and take everyone's opinions and suggestions seriously. The team is all great to work with and super focused on giving the best service to our customers. Awesome place to work so far!

      Cons

      This is a start up so there aren't always processes in place for things which can be confusing. But it's been rewarding to take ownership and actually come up with a process for something and see it implemented.
