Pros

Excellent and interesting projects with customers. We are able to really dig into their problems and help them. Not able to do that anymore as I am more focused on a small feature of a corner of a solution. Don't understand what the talk about the salary is - it is compatible

Cons

That I couldn't stay longer. I feel pressure to move along in my career, because the IT industry is so.

Employees are very hard working and an asset to company. Good location in Sweden - Stockholm.

Cons

Not enough projects So much deductions Reimbursements not processed in Time ...more than 3 yrs to process

We are very sorry to read this and are a bit perplexed to be honest as it doesn't reflect the impression we have of the situation. As you know we encourage all employees to give feedback in the way they are comfortable with so that we can improve every day so we will investigate immediately. We are careful to comply with all laws and regulations and 3 years to process reimbursements is unacceptable.
