They only promote by the buddy system, and they hire outside the company for upper management positions, which results in a restructuring of employees, and they put those they don't like on PIP to facilitate their firing.

Cons
The Company has changed CEOs and has undergone a large organizational change that is still happening.
Unfortunately with this change we have seen the things that made this place enjoyable stripped away. The general consensus is that we are no longer a Family we are just Numbers on a spread sheet. Where Quality and Pride once was has been replaced with Compromise and Speed so we can milk the most profits.
Positions aren't being backfilled and calls for an increase in Headcount are being denied.
They have also taken away many of the QOL benefits we had.
- Summer Fridays turned into 9/80 Schedule
- 1 Provided Lunch a week
- Discounted Healthy Snacks at the Cafe
- Breakfast on Working Fridays
The 9/80 Schedule is also being sunset next month bringing Moral to an all time Low.
