Cons
Brainless non technical managers who are only worried and obsessed about on time deliveries and nothing else. People are not respected. Body shaming and insulting people in meetings are all passed off as cool and humorous. Bias and politics are so ingrained into the management that they’ve begun to believe that it is normal. In fact they can consider a career in India’s politics and contest in the next Lok Sabha elections post retirement. Also the management is unstable, they keep changing far too frequently for one’s liking. They will remind you of the pakistan cricket team of the 90s where a captain in one series would be mercilessly stripped off captaincy and sometimes even lose his place in the team in the next series. Managers who joined during Covid have ensured that what was once a great organisation to work for, is now a pale shadow of it’s former self. This company in its current state will suit the following kinds of people: 1. People who like being tortured. 2. Sadistic people who derive pleasure in other’s miseries. 3. Unemployed for years.
