Available knowledge is unlimited, chance to work with very experienced people, great opportunity to establish work networks,they let you work independent and asking for help is never a waste

Cons

A superb performance won't be enough to stay here, buddy system plays a great role in assignments. Even when creativity is required for execution and development,when the market is difficult the only thing they can think of is layoffs.
