      Good pay, moderate 401k 4% match and another 3.6% retirement, decent benefits, good overtime, secure and easy job. Birds nest on the ground. Retirement home. Highmark bcbs ppo or cdhp HSA. Very few hazards on the job. Advancement is up to individual initiative. DuPont schedule

      No bonus, poor training, job is easy so people create unnecessary drama to feel more important. Mandatory ERT member of you hire in as a hourly employee for most positions

      Large corporation supporting it from the backend. Opportunity to work with cutting edge tools and work for the government. Flexible work schedule makes working there significantly more convenient.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Bonuses are minimal to nothing each year.
