      Large corporation supporting it from the backend. Opportunity to work with cutting edge tools and work for the government. Flexible work schedule makes working there significantly more convenient.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Bonuses are minimal to nothing each year.

      Great retirement contribution (8.6% total); Teleworking was allowed at that time

      I agree with several of the other comments that FFPO is a toxic work environment. Several of my former coworkers and I have spoken to HR (prior to our departures) about certain problematic individuals. Nothing was ever done, allowing for said individuals to move up the chain, further increasing the toxicity, as they are now in leadership roles.
