      Pros

      Leadership truly cares about employees and their well being! Yes you work at a federal facility but you have to really take the time to see how morale and culture are driven to improve the quality of life!

      Cons

      Have to be patient with the changes. FFPO are driven to implement changes by DOE but they do consider the impact to employees

      Lack of training and some procedures are convoluted.

      None to speak of. It was horrible after they took over the contract for the Department of Energy.

      Cons

      They took away bonuses, pay was always at the lower scale for all job titles. No room for advancement.
