      Overall healthy company culture. Lots of activities that show value to employees and families as well as community. Pay is fair.

      It's pleasure work for American company,because everybody respect the rules,respect each other,everybody know about Dignity and Respect, Safety first, meet other cultures,teamwork,it's satisfy work on the Middle East for any company and be a part of team.

      Cons

      Personally I don't have that kind of experience, everything have some downsides but is very important for me how will you set yourself up to people.
