      Many of the employees here have traveled all over the world and it seems traveling is the only way to get promoted.

      Pros

      You have the chance to travel. When in the office setting, you typically work 8-9's (every other Friday off). Not bad.

      Cons

      Many people in management positions are there because of family members, not necessarily because they know what they're doing. Not so good for the new comers.

      Pros

      I got to work on good projects. Work environment is all about the lead on your projects. I had a good lead for the most part and had overall good experience.

      Cons

      They are quick to layoff during down times. Don't expect any benefits if laid off.

      Pros

      Generous benefits, salary on high end, lots of autonomy, company sponsored activities, employees generally do not leave unless laid off.

      Cons

      Hard for admin staff to attain bonuses, it's a male dominated corp, although they do something for admin staff every year, but it's not money, which most people prefer.
