Pros

We have friday offs (long weekends) every other week then salary weeks in between. Flexi hours is available but most of the time not used depending on workload. Employees have the freedom to join orgs they want as. extra curricular both work and non work related.

Cons

In my field of work, work may be extended beyond hours due to load.

Poor leadership, they will stab you in the back and take no accountability for their actions. Always have to watch your back.
