      Pros

      Fluor is a good company with great pay and benefits. Have plenty of work with them

      Cons

      They don't give u a permanent position and u have to do the whole hiring process over for each job. We don't get breaks either.

      Fluor does not develop young talent very well. Fluor does not pay very well. Fluor is crippled by too many internal policies to allow innovation or employee growth.
