      Pros

      Fluor is an awesome company. I have worked for them overseas and as a contractor CONUS. Although they currently do not have an assignment for me, I firmly believe another opportunity with Fluor will become available. All years of service accrue no matter the business line.

      Cons

      The biggest downside is that the contracts are not always stable. One never knows when the assignment will end and you will be out of a job again.

      Pros

      Good management, respectful and willing to accept crafts in management positions. They offered great pay with lots of overtime.

      Cons

      The only downside with an employer like Fluor is that to stay steady with them you must be willing to travel.

      Pros

      The company has a good project management procedures and standards, has a competitive per diem while on site.

      Cons

      Being a project engineer, you have to be out of home and base on site so get away from family and a lot of travels throughout the project.
