Pros
Lots of portfolio assignments where employees can be involved. Aside from your job role, you will get the chance to gain and hone other skills that may be useful for your career. The attitude of the company towards work-life balance is great.
Cons
In-house career growth was slow and the company is not innovative enough. Classic corporate culture and not suitable for modern times. The company has no relevant vision aside from increasing/making profit for the stakeholders. This makes it hard for employees to relate to the company.
