      Pros

      Best thing in Fluor is it's working hours. No company provides alternative Friday off, except Fluor. All employees are very cooperative and sharp minded. It's a very good experience to start the career from this company.

      Cons

      No canteen in the office, to have a good snacks break. To work on Contractual basis is worst here, as company can remove employees anytime as per the project.

      Good salay, good employee benefits, good infrastructure, good work life balance

      Cons

      Poor Engg India management. I worked with FD India for more than 5 years and I hardly saw any growth in the responsibilities. Your growth is based on your relationship with your manager.
