      Great company to work for. Very focused on getting your accurate training and field experience.

      Cons

      Large corporation. Hard for Canadians to move international with them.

      Pros

      - Lots of in-house technical expertise - Excellent projects and work environment to develop as a technical expert - Great network of young professionals and opportunities to network

      Cons

      - If you are not on a project, work can be very boring - Not many formal training opportunities - Conferences, volunteering for the company, and any committees are on employees own time and frowned upon if you do not attend. I was not happy I was booked for an unpaid training session on the weekend of Halloween - Lots of cuts recently, employee morale very low - Very secretive with layoffs - Sick days are taken as vacation / flex days. ie. people still come to work while sick because they don't want to lose on vacation time!
