      Pros

      good pay, good experience and good culture. Good opportunities to take on challenging tasks and grow. Get to work the 9/80 schedule that offers good work-life balance. Company is a leader in the industry, get good experience working on big time projects

      Cons

      The industry is cyclical and as such during downturns extensive lay-offs are common across industry. Fluor in particular has the reputation of larger than normal layoffs compared to peers.
