      Proven safety record, good leadership, keeps you well inform, great pay on Log Cap, good R&R plan.

      Cons

      Hard to move from a Tier II employee to a Tier I employee.

      Good culture, you get to work independently, 3 day offs are great.

      Good salary (considering that we might be put on leave after a project ends if there's not another one needing our skills) Good teamwork within projects

      Cons

      Not the company I joined all those years ago. Fluor used to care - or seem to care - more about their people. Now they are all about moving work to low cost (and incidentally high rework) areas around the globe. Senior management is too far away from, or has never worked on, projects. "They" have decided what the people who do the work need. This is never a good strategy.
