Pros

Lots of changes in past year, and company has done well to adjust. Strong emphasis on learning (as long as it doesn't cost any additional $$)

Cons

Excessive level of mid-management. Promotes training but doesn't do anything about it. Won't send employees anywhere or pay for it. Maybe it's just my group. Not a lot of confidence in the industry right now.

World leader in it's field, you will receive realistic compensation, given every chance to advance. The firms is honest in all its endeavors.

Cons

You must be flexible/mobile and be willing to almost any assignment that they present to you. You must be willing to be assigned to remote places on the globe with less than optimal living accomodations.
