      Pros

      Under new CEO and Exec leadership (which is all female, by the way!), the company has been making great strides towards inclusivity, diversity, transparency and better communications as a company and as a culture. There is such a respectful and collaborative vibe within the workplace. Streamlining processes has done wonders in creating efficient operations and productivity. That growing cohesiveness of the company is resulting in more demand for our product and services, which in turn, is giving us more recognition and word-of-mouth referrals.

      Cons

      Career growth can sometimes be slow and sporadic.

      Incredible product with a mission to change lives and the earth we live on. Smart, driven and passionate leadership which translates into motivated, happy and get #$^ done mentality workforce. The Fluxx family if you will is doing big things for the Grant Making, Grat Seeking and overall philanthropic playground. I'm very proud to hang my hat with Fluxx and honestly feel this is my calling for the unforeseeable future. Thank you Fluxx!

      None. We are still considered a startup so be prepared to help where many hats and willing to help everyone, after all we are all in this together.

      Pros

      I love working for an SF startup while living on the East coast. I love that Fluxx has embraced me and my role even as I work from my home office in Boston. Working remotely has allowed me to do what I love while not uprooting my family from our home. My team could not be more accommodating to communication and time zone differences. Best part is when my team comes to Boston or I head out to SF, it's like a homecoming!

      Cons

      Moving and growing so fast i haven't been able to really get to know the entire team; peak outside my 'silo.' But that's startup life!
