Pros

Coworkers are overwhelmingly awesome and lower level management cares a lot.

Cons

Irregular work schedule, little work-life balance, high stress and busy environment. Upper management are decent people but set very high standards and require frequent changes to standards, policies, and administrative tasks. I don't believe the pay is close to worth all of the stress and it only gets worse the higher you go.

Working for Greg Flynn. Too bad he couldn’t manage all 4 of his concepts himself.

Cons

Culture is horrendous. Upper management has an agenda and stick together regardless of circumstances. Preach one thing and do another!

Pros

The employees make the operation, even though they aren't paid well.

Cons

The company struggles to make revenue, so they bomb you with these huge coupon drops which wipe out the bottom line and over work the already short handed staff. They also pull people from good stores that make a profit to send to the poorly run stores in bad areas which should be closed. The menu is way too big, and they keep adding new items trying to stay relevant but all it does is confuse the customer and stress out the employees.
