Pros

Not really any real pros unless you enjoy managers who do nothing and goof off all day. Our company even made it on Rovers Morning Glory radio show for being notorious for getting nothing done. How embarrassing.

Cons

Everything. Management is the worst in the country. You aren’t allowed to do your job. Hostile work environment. Nobody cares. Only way you’ll fit in here is if you like being drunk 24/7 and shooting people with Nerf Guns, which sounds like a good time at first, but thats just the flashy stuff they do to try to keep you quiet. Never works. We all quit for a reason.

Where do I start? Low pay, bad benefits, no room for advancement, managers are constantly praised, staff not at all, too many people praising each other publicly for just doing their job, NO communication, utterly disappointing
