Coworkers are overwhelmingly awesome and lower level management cares a lot.

Cons

Irregular work schedule, little work-life balance, high stress and busy environment. Upper management are decent people but set very high standards and require frequent changes to standards, policies, and administrative tasks. I don't believe the pay is close to worth all of the stress and it only gets worse the higher you go.

Pros

They are very well willing to work around your availability, so if your availability is poor, then your hours will not be good, and if your availability is open, then will get really good hours.

Cons

Some of our management isn't very good, they don't communicate very well, they argue, its not terrible, but it is not the greatest. Also if you don't work well with others, then you won't fit in well.
