This is a company that genuinely cares for its people. I have been really impressed with the operational excellence at Flynn group. Training was thorough and you receive a lot of support from peers as well as upper leadership. This is a growing company with tons of career advancement opportunities, and they love to promote from within!

Cons

The interview process can be lengthy. They want to make sure you are the right fit, but the process can take 7+ weeks.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked, terrible benefits. Will brag about sending too preforming ADs and GMs on a cruise once a year but yet doesn't have the money to pay a livable wage.
