      Pros

      Always opportunity to grow professionally and personally. Coworkers / teammates are amazing. Great atmosphere. Flexible schedule if needed and i don't say this much but higher management are amazing and listen to your needs/wants. Always different each day with customers.

      Cons

      Rarley happens. But rude customers.
