Flynn Group does a wonderful job providing opportunities to grow across different states and different brands! The development programs they have in place are excellent for working with people to reach their full potential!

Cons

When taking over a new store or new area, it can take a little extra time and effort to ensuring everything is running as it should be.

Not really a con, but there is a lot to learn, especially because we have so many different brands. However, there are lots of helpful resources and people are always willing to answer questions!
