Unable to get staff due to new pays around the area. Managers doing several of the jobs. Late hours long days

- Don’t care about you even if they act like it - You’ll get used until on the edge of extreme burnout - Deplorably awful pay - Most superficial and fake corporate environment - The least organized large corporation I’ve ever been apart of - Only people who desperately kiss up get good raises and promotions - Don’t waste your time being drawn in by all the “perks” (but they won’t boost your pay!) - Get made to feel like crap if you don’t force yourself to socialize after work - The other reviews here (especially HR) are fake and a poor attempt at convincing anyone that this place is good. Wouldn’t be surprised if some reviews were incentivized by upper management. - They won’t pay well, but beg SEVERAL times over email to vote for them as best employer…. Yeah right. - Have family obligations? Too bad, you must get drunk mid afternoon at your manager’s house. Office politics, am I right?! - Payroll dept is a joke, gossip is ridiculous, and they’re almost always drunk and loud - We lost 5 people in our department just within the year I was there. Turnover is awful because people see how terrible this place is Don’t work at this poor excuse of a company. You are just another person they don’t care about. They’d rather lose good employees than pay them well. Avoid at all costs.
