Pros

You get time off whenever you need it as long as there enough people, if you do well, you can get a raise fast, with the right people, it’s fun and time goes by fast.

Cons

No set schedule, not always guaranteed to get your requested time off, I was told 8 months ago I would get another raise and still have not gotten that raise I was promised(I’ve been here for almost 2 year and have only gotten one raise)

Friendly, direct, transparent, respectful, know boundaries, buys a lot of food for the company, and good teaching.
