Free food, my staff always went above and beyond, flexible schedule.

Cons

The GM will make promises that he doesn't keep. He will lie straight to your face. He uses having a family as excuses to not move you up. He expects you to do his job with no compensation. He was incredibly rude to employees causing us to constantly be understaffed.

Employee benefits are alright and so are the discounts

Cons

Will nickle and dime your paycheck and shake as much money as they can from you. Check your pay stubs! Management is not your friend in this company. They will dangle that promotion just out of reach like a carrot on a stick. The way that many of their restaurants operate is deeply flawed but they refuse to change because "That's how it's always been."
