Pros

Free meal, flexible schedule, simple job

Cons

Working late sometimes up to 1230am. Working all weekends and holidays. Misleading management. I was hired as a GMT and shifted between 5 different Arbys locations. Waiting for a store to open that never did. I spent a year of my life working 5 GMs inventory’s and hiring and training “while they hung a carrot” in front of my face. I had seen them do this to other employees but naively thought I was different.

Pros

The overall atmosphere here is amazing. The teams are very helpful and centered around helping every individual find success. There are many opportunities here in regards to career growth, many departments and projects to get involved in and lots of process development.

Cons

There are gaps in process and training which can be a challenge for those who dont respond well to change. As needs arise and as obstacles present themselves the program is developing and changing, which is a good thing for those who are looking for opportunities to contribute.

Pros

It is not that hard to advance because they are desperate for people

Cons

They try to boast competitive pay, it isn't. Only the store manager gets a bonus since we have no assistant manager. Their core values and team guiding principles are a joke at best. They do not embody ANY of their "gold card values." As time progressives it is becoming harder and harder to stay at a company that has no real investment in the lives of its employees. Particularly because I was told people is one of core focuses.
