Pros

Amazing standards for cleanliness, employee presentation and overall structural store appearance and up to date equipment.

Cons

Very corporate black and white , makes you feel like a number on a spreadsheet. Work life balance can be hard if you get too personal but with experience and the right mind set easily achieved. Runs strict labor and minimal training hours provided to the store to achieve standards . Bonus can be difficult for managers below five years and not acting aggressively. Shift managers and team members underpaid for workload. Communication is minimal between directors and store managers. Dental and vision ok but medical benefits are not that good at all. Flashy rewards little people skills.

Pros

Benefits are really awesome! 401K, health, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance! A definite growth mindset from store level to CEO. They love hearing feedback on how to do better and foster an awesome dynamic when it comes to that.

Cons

Things are always evolving and changing and if you don't like change, this may not be the right fit for you. If you don't have great time management skills you will have to put in extra hours to accomplish the tasks that are required.

Pros

PTO starts at 6 months and increases with longevity. Flynn Family Fund. Might have awesome managers. Depends on company and region. (RBA)

Cons

This is restaurants. High volume of work, high turnover. Culture is very dependent on which company you work for and which region you're in. Flynn has good bones, but it's dependent on each company to roll it down.
