      Pros

      You can make some decent money if you know what you're doing, but often times the only way to do that is bend over backwards and give your all for every single table which can be exhausting.

      Cons

      The constant rotation of managers to different stores and from different stores was a detriment to the functionality of the place. I guess the company would simply rather hemorrhage their best employees over time by creating a complete lack of structure.

      If working in the restaurant you get to leave with free food. That also offered competitive pay rates.

      Cons

      From what I can tell corporate dose not really act on issues unless detrimental to the company
