Unfair treatment and poor management create a toxic environment

Bad management, managers will talk about you in false ways to your co workers, servers will refuse to take tables then managers will yell at you for not being in order, no breaks on doubles while pregnant, calling to say you’ll be late due to things managements have been aware of to be told not to bother coming and then being written up for calling off due to A reason the managers chose for you. watching servers give bad service and then remove kiosk so they don’t get bad reviews, cleaning tables none of which are prebussed and then being told you do nothing.as A pregnant black women the treatment was unfair unsurprisingly, I was told I have no restrictions when it comes to moving mutiple tables even tho i’m over halfway through my pregnancy and it hurt my stomach so I started asking for help moving them, having tables ask me to do things their server should do bc the server isn’t giving them good service,the to go worker who’s done it the longest,eats straight from customers to gos and then hands them out, no gloves. working hard then being degraded by management even tho the cameras show the hard work, feel uncomfortable to the point now I make no money when I need money due to how uncomfortable I felt
