Horrible people, horrible pay, horrible management
Pros
Zero. Not one Pro. I would rather clean port a potties in Arizona in July than go back to working for Gregg Flynn and his team of demonic “management”. I don’t know how any one of them sleep at night.
Cons
Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay far away from this company. Please. It was not worth feeling like absolute crap, daily. Crying nightly. Waking up and dreading going to work. Contemplating completely giving up. Just don’t work for these horrible people. - Try to guilt you into giving your money back to them. You read that right. They ask ALL employees to “donate” your pay back to them. Think about that for a second. They are a billion dollar company. This is beyond greedy. Especially when most employees here make $8-12/hr. - I was miserable here for almost a year while being berated for working and doing my job without issue. No one will EVER go to bat for you no matter how well you do your job. - 3 of 5 on my team quit within my first TWO months here. No one stays. Turnover rate is incredibly high. - Management is a joke. Think Mean Girls with 50+ year old women. Crude and lewd humor is a must and if you are any bit above this you’ll be outcasted. Management has literally no clue what’s going on and everything is above them. No help from anyone, no training, nothing. - Management takes your work and presents to higher management as their own. “Look what I did!” While not even understanding what they’re presenting as theirs. - Covid who? No regard whatsoever for a WORLDWIDE Pandemic. It’s like it doesn’t exist. Must be in office to be micromanaged and crammed together like cattle. - Beer O’Clock. Drink during office hours at your desk? Sure! Why not?
