Pros
I actually loved this job. It was a great work experience. I found myself challenged and learning new things every day. The team is for the most part very friendly and helpful. Recognition for hard work is not scarce either. There is a lot of cooperation, and this job is great for gaining some entry-level experience.
Cons
some days are VERY busy while others are quite slow. my complaint is that the company pays about half of the national industrial standard for this position. additionally, when you are a new hire you work 35hrs a week so they don't have to afford you any insurance. To put this into perspective, the bottom 10% of the country pays about 40k for this position, I made 21.6k annually working for a company that profits $3.6B annually and growing.
