You can work here knowing that the leadership is devoid of any conscience...so you don’t have to worry about honesty or any other pesky moral standards getting in the way of your success!

Cons

Staffing decisions are made at levels removed from reality by people who have forgotten that the cogs in the machine may not have fancy titles or job descriptions, but are the people that make the company run. FRG focuses on financial metrics to guide all business decisions at the expense of the people they count on.
